Contributor Agreement

Any content that any individual (“Contributor”) may post on www.opdato.com is subject to the terms of the below.

Contributor grants Opdato the right to use Contributor’s name, information about Contributor, photos or logo of Contributor if applicable, in connection with the Posts.

Contributor agrees to allow Opdato.com to publish and share original articles written by Contributor (the “Posts”) across Opdato’s website (“www.opdato.com”), social media and/or wherever opdato shall choose. Contributor grants Opdato the exclusive, worldwide right to publish on opdato.com, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else Opdato shall choose in the future.

Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.

Contributor agrees to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Opdato.com from the publication of the Posts. 

Opdato.com reserves the right to remove from www.opdato.com any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by Opdato. Opdato may illustrate the Posts. Contributor grants Opdato the right to edit the Posts for publication.

By signing up/ logging into the site or submitting posts to Opdato.com, Contributor indicates acceptance of these terms.
